Purpose - Summarize visit findings - Clearly document expectations - Establish accountability

CRA Best Practices - Be factual and objective - Reference protocol sections - Track closure formally


27.4 Escalation

Escalate issues when: - Repeated noncompliance occurs - Subject safety is at risk - Site responsiveness is inadequate
